Please read them before booking.

Booking a class
Booking requests can be made through this website.
Submitting a booking request does not necessarily mean that a place has been confirmed.
Your place is confirmed when R.I.S.E Through Motherhood confirms your booking.
Places may be subject to availability.
Prices and payment
Current prices are shown on the website.
Payment arrangements will be confirmed as part of the booking process.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment for a term or block is required before that term or block begins.
R.I.S.E Through Motherhood may change prices for future bookings. Any change will not affect a booking already confirmed at an agreed price.
Trials and pay-as-you-go sessions
Where trial or pay-as-you-go sessions are offered, availability may vary.
Any price and booking conditions shown on the website at the time of booking will apply.
Cancelling a booking
If you need to cancel, please contact R.I.S.E Through Motherhood as soon as possible.
Any class-specific cancellation, refund, transfer or missed-session arrangements displayed on the website form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory cancellation or refund rights you may have under UK consumer law.
Where a legal cancellation period applies to a service booked at a distance, those statutory rights will continue to apply.
If you specifically ask for a service to begin during a statutory cancellation period, different rules may apply to services already supplied.
Missed classes
If you cannot attend a booked class, please contact R.I.S.E Through Motherhood.
Any ability to attend an alternative session is subject to the booking conditions displayed on the website, available spaces and confirmation from R.I.S.E Through Motherhood.
Unless required by law or expressly agreed otherwise, missing a class does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.
Changes or cancellations by R.I.S.E Through Motherhood
Occasionally a class may need to be changed, relocated, rescheduled or cancelled because of circumstances such as:
- instructor illness
- venue availability
- severe weather
- safety concerns
- circumstances outside our reasonable control
Where possible, we will give reasonable notice.
If R.I.S.E Through Motherhood cancels a paid session and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, an appropriate credit, alternative session or refund will be offered where applicable.
Outdoor classes
Some classes may take place outdoors.
Weather and ground conditions can change, and participants should wear suitable clothing and footwear for the conditions.
R.I.S.E Through Motherhood may change or cancel an outdoor session where conditions are considered unsuitable or unsafe.
Your health and participation
You are responsible for deciding whether you are fit to participate in a class.
Please tell R.I.S.E Through Motherhood about relevant circumstances that may affect your ability to participate safely when requested as part of the registration process.
If you have concerns about exercise following pregnancy, childbirth, injury, illness or a medical condition, you should seek appropriate advice from a qualified healthcare professional where necessary.
You should:
- work at a level appropriate for you
- follow reasonable safety instructions
- stop exercising if you feel unwell, dizzy, experience unusual pain or otherwise feel unable to continue safely
- tell the instructor if you become unwell or injured during a session
R.I.S.E Through Motherhood classes are fitness activities and are not a substitute for individual medical diagnosis or treatment.
Personal belongings
You remain responsible for personal belongings brought to a class.
Please avoid bringing unnecessary valuables.
Behaviour
R.I.S.E Through Motherhood aims to provide a welcoming and supportive environment.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the instructor, other participants, venues and members of the public.
We reserve the right to refuse or end participation where behaviour creates a safety concern or seriously disrupts a session.
Liability
R.I.S.E Through Motherhood will provide its services with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
To the extent permitted by law, R.I.S.E Through Motherhood is not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been anticipated when the contract was made or losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Website information
We try to keep information on the website accurate and current.
Class times, venues, availability and other practical information may occasionally change.
Where there is a conflict between general website information and specific booking information confirmed directly to you, the confirmed booking information will normally take precedence.

Unless stated otherwise, the text, branding, graphics and other original material on this website belong to R.I.S.E Through Motherhood or are used with permission.
They must not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Changes will apply to future bookings from the date the revised terms are published. They will not retrospectively remove rights that already apply to an existing booking.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this section removes any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
